Habit is a routine behavior that will be repeated regularly. This regular activity is controlled by our subconscious mind. When we do some work regularly it does not matter whether we like it to do or not. Our subconscious mind accepts the information like your daily routine. Whenever you put some habit on you then the habit starts to control you. Without your knowing your habits attacks you toward it.
We all always feel good and relaxed when we go with our habits. some habits put us in problems in the future and some habits help us to live a disciplined life, Some habits help us to achieve our goals, On the other hand, some habits are taking us far away from our goals.
How are Habits Created?
It will very much easy to make it a habit that you like to do. But something that you don’t like will very much difficult to convert into a habit. But once you make something a habit, it will very difficult to overcome it. Still, you know that the habit is bad for you. Once you put in any habit, then after you don’t put any mental pressure to do that work, It will automatically attract you to do that.
For example, If you need to wake up in the morning every day, you need to set sleeping time duration. Then at starting you need to give the effort to wake up maybe you have to set an alarm clock to wake up. But after some days when it will become your habit, there will be no need to set an alarm or give any effort to wake up. your subconscious mind will accept it as a regular routine so every day your subconscious will automatically be aware of the time when every day you woke up.
How To Avoid Bad Habits?
Avoid Bad habits is not possible because there is an important role of habit in our life. Habits show our personality and reflect our image to others. In our life, we made some bad habits by mistake, and when we realize that, Somehow we want to leave that habit but we couldn’t because It is too late. Lots of people when realizing their bad habits and want to overcome their habits and also take some steps to take themselves out of their habits. But after some days most of them are became fail. What’s the problem behind it?
Set small targets
The problem is they want to completely change it from day one, and For that they face failure. So start with a small target, then after that you can increase it from time to time. Suppose someone has a habit of taking alcohol regularly. Then start with one day break then after some days, you can increase it to 2 days and so on.

You can also replace your bad habits with some other work. Because replacement gives you a little bit comfortability and will help you to overcome bad habits and to avoid stress. Suppose on the break day you feel uncomfortable then you can use any soft drink or any non-alcoholic drink instead of alcohol. That will help you a lot.
I am just taking an example of alcohol but different people have different types of bad habits. So that they have to do pre-planning to leave their habits. For that, people must have to know the trigger of their bad habits. It means when they get attracted to word their habits. Then they can avoid their triggers and plan to break and replace bad habits. Because the plan is most important, it keeps people motivated to leave their habits.
