What Is Positive Thought
Positive thought, Somehow we all know about it. A positive thought is a practice of focusing on the good in any given situation. It put a large impact on your lifestyle. It keeps your mind calm and stable. Positive thought increases your ability of understanding and helps you make the right decision.
If someone is there in a problem from our known, we advise him to think positive and everything will be alright. But when the problem comes to us we get panic and stress. At that time we surrounding by negative thoughts like anger, hate, jealous, afraid, weigh on, blaming, condemnation, comparison, frustration, Competition with someone, Hurting someone, etc.
Why negative thoughts come
When we trying to think something, the First negative thought comes to our mind. Because we are afraid of loss or failure. We give more importance to negative thought as compare to positive thought because we have feared more than confidence.
Positive and negative thought comes from our subconscious mind. The information stored in our subconscious mind decides our thought. The information generates by that we read, listen, and watch. When we read something, watch something, and listen to something which stored in our subconscious mind automatically. It does not matter the information is positive or negative information. Our minds receive it as simple information. So the thought totally depends upon our subconscious mind. If our subconscious mind filled with negativity then negative thought will come. and if our subconscious mind works positively then positive thought will come.
Habits of our brain
For example, Suppose your habit is reading newspapers or watching the news on TV every day in the morning. When you reading the newspaper or watching the news on TV, It automatically stored in your brain. When you accept the information regular basis it creates a mindset and accepts that information as true. Does not matter it right or wrong.
Suppose you read, watch or listen about Political Corruptions then you interact with this news regularly after some time your mind will accept it as true. you can not see on the other side some politicians are doing well at their work. When you listening 3-4 kidnapping news and then the next day your child getting late from school then automatically the negative thought will come first. We never think about something positive. Maybe he meets with some of his friends and must be spending time with him.
We accept all the information that we read, listening, and watch. It depends upon us what type of information we need to take. We give importance to small negative information but we ignore lots of positive information. For example, when we saw the news about natural calamities, We give all our importance to the estimate of total Devastation. But we did not want to see how people help each other in that situation. When you saw the helping nature of people, you give positive information to your brain. Which type of information we take that type of thought comes in our mind. Give good information to your mind to come positive thought.
How To Get Positive Thought
For positive thought, you have to stay healthy physically and mentally. If you are not physically and mentally fit you feel weak, Or unstable by which you always surrounded by negativity. Try to observe nature which motivated towards positivity. wake up early in the morning and take a breath with fresh air and feel it to stay all-day with positive energy. make meditation to stay away from negative thoughts.
