Changes make you uncomfortable and comfortableness creates fear. People couldn’t accept instant changes for example when a new bride comes to her husband’s house and surrounded by new people, she getting afraid. Because she came to a new house, new relatives, new atmosphere. Everything has changed for her. In this situation to avoid fear, you should accept all the situations and by the time you will be comfortable with all the changes.

The expectation is the source of fear. When you expecting something and you struggle to achieve it, Fear is also there to fail. For example, if you have the desire to live, then definitely you will have fear to die. But it is natural because everyone has fear. So when you struggle for something just focus on your work.
